What I expected: New loose-leaf version - comes in 3-ring binder. Includes unopened/unused MindTap access code (12 months). Includes E-book version of text.What I got: loose leaf versionUpdate: Seller states that the above is not included. My question: then why is it advertised? And more importantly, why hasn't Amazon done anything about this?
This book does have credit in that it tries to assist those who are not mathematics majors, however it is still extremely difficult to understand (especially for those such as myself who do not have a math-oriented mind). The worst part, however, and the reason for the one star review, is the book's extreme over reliance on third party add-ins for Excel, such as StatTools. The book goes to great lengths to explain how to use this program, but the issue is that the add-in is not available for Mac computers. Therefore, this book is practically useless for anyone without a Windows PC. I was unable to complete about a quarter of the work assigned in my class due to the fact that the book does not explain how to do the work without using StatTools.

I just rented this book for about $50 and I had to return it after the semester ended. However, of all my MBA book that I have bought and breadths one I would have loved to keep. Absolutely superb instructions on statistical analysis. Step by step instructions to maximize excel. Just make sure you have it loaded on a windows based system because the mac version for excel is incomplete. Let me write a review on microsoft products...oh that would be a book.
